We advise landlords and tenants with regard to the drafting and negotiation of commercial tenancy agreements and addenda. Furthermore, our work comprises the enforcement of rental claims, eviction claims and utility statements as well as defending or enforcing warranty claims in and out of court.

Another focus are shopping centres and all questions which regularly arise in connection with such centres, particularly regarding the enforcement of operating obligations and ties to specific assortments, the establishment and drafting of joint advertising arrangements as well as the legal review of clauses in rental agreements concerning their compliance with the laws on general terms and conditions.
