In the area of corporate law we advise on the establishment of corporations and partnerships including the drafting of articles of association and service agreements of managing directors. Our work also comprises the establishment of joint ventures and co-operations in Germany and abroad and we advise on questions of group law and inter-company agreements.

We represent our clients in conflicts between a company and its shareholders or management board as well as among groups of shareholders, particularly regarding the retirement of shareholders and directors, and we manage litigation before civil courts and arbitral tribunals in Germany and abroad.

Another focus are M&A transactions, the conception and implementation of company successions as well as the acquisition of companies out of insolvency.
